Heavenly Styles Salon Hair Service Terms and Conditions Policy
Welcome to Heavenly Styles Salon. These terms and conditions outline the policies of our services.

By booking your appointment, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: Client, You and Your refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. The Company, Ourselves, We, Our and Us, refers to our Company. Party, Parties, or Us, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

PLEASE READ THIS HEAVENLY STYLES SALON SERVICE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS THROUGH HEAVENLY STYLES SALON, PAY US A FEE IN EXCHANGE FOR OUR SERVICES, OR OTHERWISE AGREE TO THE OWNER BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOU, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

EFFECTIVE TERM DATE. This Agreement is effective as of the date you first accept these terms through our salon services scheduling page, pay us a fee in exchange for our salon services, or otherwise book a service through Heavenly Styles Salon or Camille Paulo, whichever occurs soonest (“Effective Date”). The initial term for the salon services shall start on the date you accept this Agreement by submitting your booking your salon appointment (“Salon Agreement Start Date”) and continue for until the end time of your scheduled service appointment (“Term”). This agreement is between Camille Paulo, Owner & (“Stylist”), and you (“Client”) (collectively as the “Parties”).

APPOINTMENTS
Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, however, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without providing enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and client on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a fee will apply. If you do not cancel your appointment before 24 hours there will be a $75 cancellation fee.
We confirm all appointments via text, email, or phone call and send out appointment reminders based on your preference. You may opt-out at any time. Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

SCHEDULING
We recommend scheduling your next appointment reservation before you leave the salon or make your appointment to ensure you receive the best date and time for your services. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation in preparation for your service. When booking please include ALL services necessary, to ensure the price and time of your appointment. Appointment duration is an estimated time, your appointment may be longer or shorter than the time listed.
You will be asked to provide a debit card to guarantee your reservation. All credit cards are safe and secure in our system. You are only charged in accordance with our cancellation/no-show policy. Our system complies with current data protection regulations.

BRAID, CROCHET & WIG SERVICES
For all services, A non-refundable 50% deposit is REQUIRED to book an appointment. The deposit includes the cost of the hair and a portion of the installation fee. If the hair you choose costs more,, an additional fee will be charged later.

The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date within 30 days, should you need to reschedule. If the appointment is cancelled, the deposit fee is forfeited along with the hair purchased for the style. Two consecutive missed appointments (rescheduled or canceled) will result in termination of services. No shows are not rebooked.

If you'd like to bring your own hair, I must first know what the hair is first, and I have to approve it.

Please note that shampoo or crochet removal are all add-on services. If you'd like these services, you can book them with your appointment. If you do not want your hair washed, please come with your scalp cleansed.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW POLICY

You will be asked to provide a major credit card to guarantee your reservation. All credit cards are safe and secure in our system. You are only charged in accordance with our cancellation/no-show policy. Our system complies with current data protection regulations.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
There are currently no refunds at this time.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept several forms of payment including Master Card, VISA, Cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal and Venmo. Your credit card is required to reserve an appointment but will not be charged unless your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours after scheduled services. Tips are accepted and appreciated, but not required.

GUESTS AND CHILDREN
Children and Guests are not able to accompany you to your appointment.
